Time flies.

I have not been active in blogging for so long because life is so busy!
We have migrated to a new country, changed my job, studied a new course and life went on. 

Little Isa is 5 years old now. 
I moved on from architectural field and am studying to be a teacher.

I hope to be able to rediscover myself and keep up with my writing and drawing in the new year.

I hope you are with me in this journey.

 

power of healing

This post deserves an entry even though I have not have the time to draw my thoughts out on paper :)
Today pandamopi and I experienced the power of healing. We had been unwell for the past week with him being down with stomach upset and I suffered from a swollen knee which causes bad back pain from kneeling my knees too much while working. I went through a week of sadness and fear, feeling worried that something more serious is underlying the pain. It comes to a stage where sometimes I do feel hopeless. My mom is a prayer warrior. I told her my situation and she told me not to worried. God would heal me and He always would!

Yesterday while at work, although my right knee are still in pain, my aunt flo came. Today, I went to work limping and by the time I leave work, I felt my knees were much lighter and by the time I went to fetch Isabella, I felt so much better. Although i still fell a little discomfort as I am writing, but it has already improved so much. I am going to trust God even more for total restoration and healing :)

Thank you all for praying and supporting my family and myself in prayers, in my darkest week. The Lord is Good all the time.

who are not so little anymore

Koala Me Up!

My second children picture book "Koala Me Up!" is coming soon!

Inspired by so many baby wearing moms and dads, this book is about a beautiful baby wearing journey narrated from a child's perspective.

Watch this space as the book is slowly falling into places nicely now and soon it will be published and available for purchase!

I am very excited about this too!

The Lazy Painter

把绿色系在蓝天上 (weaving the green onto the blue skies)

This is a collaboration project with a very talented Chinese author who wrote this book, which consists of short stories that took place in his life.

I am very privileged and honored to work with Brother Jin Lung, who used to be my church brethren who used to help me with my mandarin essays.

It's Picnic Time!

I published my very first children picture book August 2018. What a journey it is!

Special thanks to my husband, Pandamopi for his support and encouragement along the way. 

It's Picnic Time! is a picture book about picnic, friendship and sharing food. Illustration in full color, featuring the main character, Isabella and her animal friends and the food they made to share with everyone. Simple story lines with delightful illustrations that is fun to read and learn new vocabularies.
